Cadenza piano, Sounds of the city

On June 11th, in front of The Stanisław Wyspiański Teatr Śląski, the all-year-round Cadenza piano was inaugurated. Thus, the instrument began its residence at the city center of Katowice. Anyone could play the piano - there was also a competition with prizes for the best performers.

The Cadenza piano was a public attraction. The location was also not accidental - Teatr Śląski was a co-organizer of the action. The instrument could be played by anyone, at any time, and thanks to its resistance to weather conditions, the piano can be used without interruption. Cadenza was played on the piano by, among others Piotr Kopiński, Bogusław Kaczmar and Jeremi Łukanus.
